NOTICE

♦ Zion Recovery Services and Southwest Iowa Mental Health Center will be opening for services on June 29, 2020.

♦ Drug Testing on site will begin June 15, 2020

♦ Mobile Crisis Response will begin responding to calls in person on June 22, 202

Beginning June 29, 2020 our offices will begin seeing patients either in the office or through telehealth for the following services:

•substance use disorder evaluations     •individual and group treatment

•mental health therapy     •medication management      •problem gambling evaluations

Substance Use Disorder Residential treatment located in Clarinda and the Crisis Stabilization in Woodward remain open and accepting admissions.

Our staff and patient’s health & safety is our top priority. Masks are REQUIRED while in the building. Our staff will be disinfecting the community areas and offices on a regular basis.

Integrated Health Program

The Integrated Health Program (IHP) is an initiative to improve health management for those with physical and mental health conditions. Our team consists of a nurse, care coordinators, and peer support specialists who work directly with individuals as well as their familis and providers to ensure all of their needs are met. There is no cost to members – it is a value-added benefit. Our program serves children and adults residing in Cass, Audubon, Guthrie, and Shelby Counties. Individuals must be eligible for Medicaid and have a qualifying diagnosis to be enrolled. Employee Assistance Program

Mental Health diagnosis, treatment, and referral services to be delivered confidentially to employees through a contractual arrangement with their employer. Consultation and training services delivered to employers on behalf of their employees.

24-Hour Emergency For Cass and Audubon Counties

Evaluation, treatment and referral available to those with mental health problems requiring immediate attention on a 24/7 basis.

Fees

Fees for services we provide are determined by family size, gross income, and county/region of residence. Prior to the first appointment, our Support Staff will ask for specific financial and insurance information. The fee will be determined based on this information. Payment is expected at time services are received.
